Here are the questions you often ask us:
When will I receive my order?
Orders are generally dispatched from our warehouses within 3 working days.
It then takes between 11 and 15 working days for your item to arrive at your home.
During busy periods, it may take up to 6 days for your order to be dispatched.
My order is not complete
As we have different storage facilities and work with different manufacturers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time.
Our average delivery times are 11 to 15 working days. Some parcels may take a little longer than this.
However, if you still haven't received your parcel 35 working days after ordering, we will give you a full refund and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours.
For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send a cancellation or modification email to contact@babylovy.com.
After this time, your items will already have been dispatched, so we will not be able to modify your order.
The item I received is broken/defective?
Despite our rigorous selection of reputable carriers, your parcel may arrive damaged.
In this case, or in the case of a design fault, please contact us at contact@babylovy.com  with the following details:
Your order number
A description of the problem (faulty/defective item, etc.)
A photo or video
You will not need to send the product back and we will refund the amount of your order directly in the form of a voucher (if you would like another form of refund, please let us know).

Is my information secure?
